- Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at: email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item with details of the product and the defect. Once you hear from us, please send the item you consider defective placed securely in a box to: 1608 Palmyrita Ave, Riverside, CA 92507. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice. We do not offer a refund if a Product is lost once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If there is mistake with your order, we’ll make it right by:
- Replacing the product
- Issue a refund using the original method of payment
- And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s color. Pro Shop Noble cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
